Product Concern

These are ready stocks and we ship from Seri Kembangan, Selangor. However, please note that your orders may take up to several days to be processed as we are currently experiencing high volume of orders. Thank you for understanding!

Yes, you can. Please be advised that the customization of size, colour and design has a minimum order quantity of 1,000pcs. Logo printing is limited to only certain types of bag & printing options with a minimum order quantity of 300pcs. Please contact 012-538 2899 for more information on customization.

Delivery Concern

All orders placed before 12noon will be shipped on the same day (Monday – Friday, except Public Holiday). Please be informed that the parcel delivery may take 2-4 days as courier services are now experiencing high volume of orders.

Yes we do. Deliveries can be made via sea freight or air freight

Yes, when certain criteria are met. Please claim your Free Shipping Voucher at Shopee Homepage https://shopee.com.my/m/free-shipping-deals?smtt=210.99236 . Please note that Shopee only subsidise a certain amount of the shipping fees and you would have to pay for the differences, if any.

The shipping cost is determined by the Shopee based on the weight and size of the parcel. We understand the pain and have priced our products at an affordable and competitive price range to compensate for that.

Unfortunately, due to technical limitation with Shopee, we are unable to make changes on the delivery address. Kindly cancel and create a new order IMMEDIATELY if you input the wrong address. Once order has been processed, any cancellation will not be accepted

Kindly check in with the respective courier service with your tracking number to track your parcel. Unfortunately, as these are third party services, we are unable to influence the speed of these services.

Shipping Policy & Charges

  • Your order will dispatch within 2 working days once your payment has been confirmed. 

  • Please make sure someone is at the delivery address to receive your parcel.

  • No delivery arrangement on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday. Order received on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday will be processed on the next working day.

  • Normally the delivery time will take 3~5 working days for delivery. Remote / outskirt areas will require more delivery time.

  • We will try our best to delivery to every part in Malaysia. However if there is any additional charges imposed by the Courier Service Company for remote / outskirt areas, customers will be informed prior to STORE AGE processing the order. And we will cancel the order and do the refund to you if the delivery location is not accepted by our Courier Service Company (Eg : KLIA, Premium Outlet, Felda).

  • These are estimated delivery duration and STORE AGE would not responsible damage or delays due to any reason caused by Courier Service Company during delivery process.

  • Delivery duration may vary, particularly during festive season.

  • STORE AGE reserve the right to change the delivery charges without prior notice.

  • STORE AGE offer free delivery when customer purchases RM300 and above in a single order.
  • The free delivery is only applicable to shipment within Peninsular Malaysia.
  • The shipment charges will be automatically deducted during the checkout process for purchase above RM300 in a single order.

Customers have to place order and make full payment at our website before collection at our office.

Kindly call to inform us on the date and time that you will come to do your collection so that we can get your order ready.

Self Collection only available during business hours ie :-

Monday to Friday:8.30am to 5.00pm (Lunch hour 12pm to 1pm)
Saturday:For special arrangement only. Please call in advance for collection appointment.

Return & Exchange Policy

We regret that Returns and Refunds cannot be accommodated. Our company procedures are to check all items before shipping out to customer to ensure that all items are in order and in good condition. However, we will gladly accept any request to EXCHANGE for the following circumstances only:-

If the item delivered to you is damaged, broken or defective. Any defects occurred during transit or shipping by Courier Service Company, STORE AGE has the rights to reject claim as the damage was not borne by us but rather during shipping.

Shall we send you any wrong products accidentally, STORE AGE has the rights to either replace it with the correct one or offer partial refund without replacement depending on customer cases.

The following guidelines apply:

1)
Customer should report the problem within 3 working days via email. STORE AGE will issue you a Product Exchange Acceptance Email when your request is accepted. The returned items must reach us within 10 working days from the Product Return Acceptance Email’s date. STORE AGE reserve the right not to accept the exchange request if the customer do not fulfill the deadline as stated.
2)
Exchanges cannot be accepted on worn, soiled, stained merchandise.
3)
The items must be returned in its original packaging, unused, not damaged and in re-saleable condition together with any associated accessories and documentation.
4)
Customer is to undertake the full responsibility for returning the goods to us. STORE AGE shall not be liable for any damages or loss of items during the return shipment back to us.
5)
STORE AGE will bear the two way shipping fee (return and replace).
6)
STORE AGE shall replace the SAME items (same design, size & color) to customer in the event that wrong items are delivered or damaged that are directly resulted from STORE AGE. When ONLY the same items/goods are not available, customer will be offer to choose from others items for replacement or we shall refund the purchase price of the items to the customer. Customer cannot cancel the order or request for money refund if the SAME items are available for exchange.
7)
When the SAME items not available for exchange, the replacement of new items which is lower value than the original items, the excess amount will be refund to customer. However for replacement items of higher value, customer have to make payments for the differences of goods before we deliver the goods.
